根据永磁体的排列方式,海尔贝克阵列分为线性、弧形和环形三种类型。环形阵列依磁场工作面分为外径型和内径型,涵盖双极、四极、六极、八极等多种配置。
环形海尔贝克阵列和线性海尔贝克阵列由若干磁体组成,每个阵列内的磁体尺寸通常相同。环形阵列采用瓦形或梯形磁体,而线性阵列采用方形磁体。这些磁体具有不同的磁化方向,用于聚焦磁场,也被称为海尔贝克阵列磁体。通常,磁化方向差越小,阵列单元数量越多,磁路效率越高,输出的磁场也就越强且越均匀。然而,磁化方向差越小,会带来更高的磁体加工成本和阵列装配成本。当制造成本增长超过磁场强度提升带来的收益时,就会出现收益递减的临界点。
